gamezon's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamezon account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gamezon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gamezon makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
You may close your gamezon account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
gamezon reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) gamezon is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) gamezon reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) you have been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months. In cases of termination for cause, gamezon may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
